Dear all,

We have received much feedback on UM's latest vehicle policy, and following from the meeting with the VC, there will be an open dialogue with the man himself as follows:

Date: 28 July 2009 (Tuesday - tomorrow!)
Time: 8.00 p.m.
Venue: Dewan Gemilang, 12th College

Transport will be provided by shuttle bus from the usual college pick-up points from 7.00 p.m. onwards.

Please take this opportunity to hear what the VC has to say, and formulate your thoughts and questions and ASK him whatever you want to ask.

He is not an unreasonable man, and if you have something to say, this is your opportunity.

If the new policy affects you, please SHOW UP, as there is no point in we Council members saying "The students are saying, the students want, the students this and the students that..." when the students who are affected do not turn up and show their interest in the issue.

The policy has been made, but that DOES NOT mean it cannot be changed, i.e. amended.

The Council will lead the way, but the students must follow in SUPPORT.
